Shipping Info

For most of the Boutique Clothing your items will ship out within 1-2 business days and ship USPS mail. Once in USPS hands , delivery times vary depending on them.

 

All Custom Monogram orders typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete (this does not include shipping time) . If you have a deadline , please make sure you message me prior to placing the order to ensure I can complete the order and get it to you in time.

Holiday Ship Times for Monogram items: 

Our Holiday Ship times vary depending upon our backlog of orders. We normally remain around our typical 2-3 week turn around time For Monogram personalized items but it can extend to 15-18 business days. We will always inform you or have a note on our site if this is the case. If you are needing an item in a specific amount of time, please send us an email and we can work with you on getting your item to you in time. (We also offer a "Rush Service" for an added charge upon request)

I use USPS Flat Rate Shipping which typically takes 2-4 days but is not guaranteed. You can track your shipment once I send your notice that the order has shipped. I do not pay for insurance on package so if the package is lost or damaged in shipment I am not held liable and cannot replace it , simply because it is not our fault.
